Become a Virtual Challenger!
This year, RFA will be 100% virtual. Join us for an opportunity to advocate and fundraise for desmoid tumor research by creating a personal challenge and matching it with a fundraising goal.

The 2020 RFA Virtual Challenge
This year, our event will be 100% virtual!
If you live in Philadelphia and would like to attend our live event, save the date for 2021 (September 26, 2021).
» Why participate in the 2020 RFA Virtual Challenge?
-
It's a great way to stay connected leading up to and during the 2020 DTRF Together We Will Virtual Weekend!
-
Challengers can create a personal challenge and fundraising goal as a way to raise funds and awareness for desmoid tumor research!
-
Challengers have the opportunity to create awareness and advocate for research using their own stories. You will have our support!
» Who is a "challenger" and what do you mean by a "personal challenge"?
Great question! We encourage all participants to commit to an act or activity to match their fundraising efforts! You'll be invited to get as creative as you'd like!
Get some ideas!
» I hear you won't have teams this year. Is that true?
Great question. In previous years, when we hosted in-person events, we encouraged all challengers to build teams. It was the perfect way for families and friends and colleagues to come together and be able to physically stand together in support of their team captain.
This year, we're doing things a little differently. Since we will not be hosting an in-person event, we are encouraging all challengers to invite prospective donors to join teams by donating to their fundraising pages. A challengers team list is their list of donors. If loved ones would like to play a more active role in supporting a challenger, they are invited to sign up and become challengers themselves!
